I was very impressed with the classes. I was able to follow along with no problem. The classes taught not only Tia Chi but mindfulness and helped relieve stress and find serenity. At the same time I felt energized. Learning what I did about foot and hand placement for the moves was very helpful. I f you have the opportunity to join this group do so. You wont be disappointed.

Begin with Breath’s many offerings and choices to achieve a journey to wellness at my pace in accordance to my abilities without experiencing pain is a Godsend. The fundamentals of keeping myself healthy by stretches, by realizing the gift of breath and the science of how and why it works is inspiring enough to give motivation to my body’s needs. Growing healthier physically and mentally and being rewarded in my abilities somedays and having a humbling self compassion on my weak days brings me hope in my tomorrows. Realizing our heritages by listening and being reawakened to what I had blocked or was numb to, has refreshed me and lightened my being. Tai chi has become a moving meditation or prayer from my presense many times. Other times it is a gentle mist that surrounds me and allows me to flowingly play within its coolness- its loving embrace. My goal is to remove all stiffness and hardness where it does not belong. I am grateful for everyone of bwb’s teachers as each one brings greater depth and lightness and treasures found in their recorded classes. Science, the arts, and strength in gentleness, can be found for those who seek it-those who seek better health in all ways

I started practicing Tai Chi with Adam two years ago. I am so glad that I joined this online, life changing mindfulness practice! It not only helped me with my physical health (flexible body) but also improved my mental health! Tai Chi classes taught by Adam and the other wonderful teachers Tracy and Julie covers everything related to physical and mental health; along with Tai Chi and Qigong there is yoga, strength exercises, meditation and many more. The benefits we all experience on a daily basis are countless! The poems shared by Adam are very transforming! I feel that Adam is one of the people who got spiritually awaken during pandemic. He teaches Tai Chi from his heart! I can tell that by teaching this form of exercise is his life purpose, his true calling! Thanks Adam for teaching us!

I found Begin with Breath online about a month ago and have enjoyed many of the benefits including balance, a sense of calm and learning how to center myself. I recently went to my monthly chiropractic appointment. I have to go on a regular basis since having a frozen shoulder about a year ago. I didn't need nearly as much of as adjustment as I usually do. My chiro questioned what I was doing differently. He told me that I don't need to come back for another 6 weeks rather than my usual 4 weeks and possibly every 8 weeks going forward. I owe in all to tai chi. Thanks Adam!!

I just love Begin with Breath Community!!! I can't begin to tell you how much I look forward to these classes. I work during the day so I mostly watch the recordings or choose from the library. They make it so convenient to fit into your lifestyle. I have Arthritis and I find that Tai Chi has lessened the symptoms a great deal! Not to mention the benefit of relaxation and mindfulness I experience. Adam Potts is a great teacher-he's so calm and explains in an easy way to follow along. He answers any questions you may have at any time. So thankful I found and are part of this wonderful community.

Begin with Breath has already helped me with my arthritis systemsand stress in my daily life. I have really bad arthritis in my hands and my fingers were really sore. I try to do Tai chi at least 3 times a week. The days I do the Tai chi I feel less stressed and less pain in my hands. Thanks so much Adam and his wife, Juli and Tracy. Just love your program. Thanks again.

Adam is an excellent tai chi teacher with an easy-going style -- easy to follow and well-paced.
Katherine Duhamel
I was first introduced to Tai Chi almost 30 years ago and sought ways to really learn the style. I bought videos, DVDs, books, but had trouble figuring out what I was supposed to do. In the meantime I practiced yoga on and off for a number of years. But I missed the ebb and flow of Tai Chi.And then about a year ago, I learned about “Begin with Breath” and Adam’s on line studio, and tried a free class. I could follow his movements with no problem! I joined the studio and have been “playing” every since.I appreciate Adam’s quiet, joyful humor, his clear directions, and reminders to “meet ourselves where we are at!” As a recovering perfectionist, those reminders are appreciated! As I age (I’m 72) I am grateful for this encouraging and compassionate community. I’m getting stronger, balance is improving, my joints ache less. I am more peaceful and focused throughout my day, and I find I am joyfully wearing a little smile most of the time.I am ever grateful to Adam and his studio. Peace to you.
Marcy Nesbitt
Begin with Breath Studio has a plethora of videos to choose from and the live zoom classes are very good. Adam has made everything easy to navigate and his, Julie and Tracy's live classes are great. Easy to follow, informational sometimes and leave you with a good feeling of peace.
Terry Miller
What a great experience. I love Adams teaching skills.
Cindie Brennan
Adam is great! I am not always able to connect live with the classes but I do go in to the recorded versions when I am available and practice the Tai Chi and various classes lead by the other instructors as well. I teach fitness classes as a Certified Trainer/ Instructor and sometimes its nice to be the student as well.
Penny Redmon
This has been such a blessing. Adam is awesomeI am getting over covid. It’s helping me to get my strength back. I really like the way he teaches. I had been doing the FB Tuesday classes before & truly believe it was the reason I got through this covid as good as I did. His classes help me relax & feel so much better before & after covid.

After taking Tai Chi/Qigong classes with Dr. Adam, I feel refreshed & rejuvenated. His techniques are very flowing, and I've learned almost every movement there is to learn with ease. I recommend his classes to anyone who wants to feel balance, and serenity.
EA Mastro
Begin with Breath has such a wonderful, clear, and gentle approach. It's the first time, after many different classes, that I understand and implement what I am learning. All the teachers are so patient and clear and interested in having us enjoy and "moves" rather than emphasize that you have to do it "right!" Highly recommend them for all kinds of healthy course options. Love their approach. They record every session so while many of them take place during the work day, they are available at a time convenient to you. Highly recommend this business. Join them!
Diana Whitney
This is a wonderful class to learn balance and strength. Adam is a teacher with a calming and encouraging voice.
Cheri Bell
I love the classes and experiences. Adam is so easy to follow and an excellent teacher! I was a little hesitant to do this online, but this studio offers the full experience and flexibility. Live and recorded classes and the courses and FaceBook group have given me much support. I am grateful for all the checkins and reminders to keep me focused and welcomed. I love being on this journey with you!

I only discovered Begin with Breath a few weeks ago but really enjoy the classes. All the instructors are great and knowledgeable and the live classes are great as well. lots to choose from and the web site is very organized and I like the calendar for the week that Adam posts at the beginning of each week. Plus the library of recorded videos is very extensive and covers several different types and lengths of routines. thank you, see you in class
Barbara Anderson
I am so very happy to have become a member of the Begin with Breath group. The teachers are all wonderful! I do a class every day (either live or a recording), and it is life changing. I feel like I have waited for these classes my whole life. I get a sense of peace and calm, and it is excellent exercise. I appreciate the fact that there is nothing to memorize and no need to be "perfect". Thank you to everyone involved in Begin with Breath; I am so grateful for Tai Chi Flow as well as the Alexander Technique, Tai Chi and Yoga Flow and Tai Chi for strength.
Barbara Pelzer

Celeste Lewis
I was not sure what to expect and honestly I had to google exactly what Tai Chi is before I signed up for the weekly Tuesday class . I also signed up for the 21day Tai Chi challenge .Both of these classes are free to anyone that wants to try it. The instructor Dr. Adam Potts is truly gifted with teaching .He is helpful, kind and patient. I really like the calmness ,mindfulness and relaxation I feel. I also like the fact I could go back and watch the video If I missed a class Benefits for me are strength training, getting into a routine, energy ,balance and mindfulness. As an added bonus He shares his poetry and his passion for helping people through his knowledge of PT and Tai Chi.
George Kranich
